Domestic Deliveries
For items that are larger or heavier, traditional delivery methods are not available. Instead, we provide specialized delivery services that require scheduling and careful coordination with the carrier. You will receive a confirmation along with tracking once your order is processed.
Standard Delivery:
Items are brought to a ground-level entrance such as the front door, garage, or building lobby. The carrier will arrange a delivery window that fits your schedule.
Premium Delivery:
This enhanced service includes careful handling and placement of your items at your location, along with removal of packaging materials.
Delivery Expectations
- After your order is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information marked accordingly.
- Scheduled deliveries may require coordination for a specific drop-off time.
- Signature requirements may apply depending on the delivery service chosen.
Large or Oversized Items
Certain heavier or unusually shaped products incur additional handling due to their size. These charges are separate from standard delivery and are applied per product. Some oversized items may not be eligible for expedited services.
Processing of orders typically begins shortly after purchase, with priority given to specific delivery options as selected at checkout.
International Shipping
For orders outside of domestic regions, delivery times, available services, and costs are calculated automatically based on destination. Customs duties, taxes, and related charges may be included or added at checkout depending on the destination country.
Local Pickup
Local order collection may be available at designated pickup locations, subject to product availability.
